ModuleTasks
Every task knows why it exists.
Tasks in rubl aren't a list you maintain — they're created where work happens, carry their context with them, and report back the moment they're done.
Live demo — real interface, sample data.Watch a chat message become a task — owned, dated, context attached.

Acme call went well — they want the rollout plan by Friday.
Maya · 9:44
Someone needs to own the rollout doc before Thursday.
What changes
Nothing slips the cracks.
Tasks in rubl replaces a standalone task tracker, the follow-up spreadsheet, and the “did anyone do this?” message.
Born with context
A task made from a chat message keeps the thread. One made from a doc keeps the doc. Nobody re-explains what “fix the rollout plan” meant three weeks later.
Synced everywhere, instantly
Complete a task and the linked deal, doc, and thread all know — in the same frame. No refresh, no “is this board current?”
Follow-ups exist before the meeting ends
Decisions don't die in the scroll. Any message, doc line, or meeting note becomes owned, dated work in one click.
Fast enough to think with
Creating, moving, and closing tasks stays under 100ms — measured on our speed page, tested nightly at 100,000 rows.
One workspace
Connected to everything else.
Tasks isn't an integration — it shares one workspace with every other module, so context never gets copied between tools.
Straight answers
What people ask about Tasks.
Can I import tasks from my current tracker?
Yes — CSV import works today, and during early access we migrate your existing boards with you, whatever tool they're in.
Does it do recurring tasks, subtasks, and assignees?
Yes to all three. The difference isn't the checklist features — every tracker has those — it's that tasks here are linked to the deal, doc, and thread they came from.
How is this different from Asana or Linear?
Those are excellent standalone trackers. rubl's tasks live in the same workspace as your CRM, docs, chat, and calendar — so a task never needs its context pasted in, and finishing one updates everything it touches.
Get your week back.
Early access opens in waves. Leave your email — and bring the whole team when it's your turn.
That didn't go through — mind trying once more?
