The manifesto · rubl by Fludigo

We're buildingthe 20× company.

Not a 20% better company — a different kind of company. One where the repetitive work that eats most teams' weeks simply runs itself, and every person does the work only a person can do. That's Fludigo's founding bet. rubl is what the bet required us to build.

An ambition, not a measurement. We're building Fludigo itself as the first proof.

The bet

Most of a company's week isn't the work.

Watch a good team closely and you'll see it: the actual work — building, selling, deciding — is surrounded by a thick layer of work about the work. Chasing follow-ups. Reporting status. Re-explaining context to the next person. Copying the same fact between five tools that don't talk to each other.

At Fludigo, we made a bet: if AI takes over that entire layer — reliably, visibly, with receipts — a small team doesn't get 20% faster. It operates like a company twenty times its size. We call that the 20× company.

We went looking for the tool that company would run on. It didn't exist. The incumbents bolt AI onto one silo and paywall it. The point tools each see a sliver of the company, so their AI can only ever autocomplete. So we built rubl: one workspace where everything knows about everything else, and an AI teammate that acts — because it can finally see the whole picture.

Fludigo's bet

Twenty times.

Not 20% better. A different kind of company — one where the repetitive work runs itself, and a small team operates like a large one.

An ambition, not a measurement

What we believe

Four things we won't compromise.

Repetition

Repetitive work is a design flaw.

Follow-ups, status updates, handoffs, re-explained context — none of it is the job. It's friction the old tools left behind. An AI-native company designs it out instead of hiring through it.

One place

One workspace, or it doesn't work.

AI can only run your operations if it can see them. Six disconnected tools means six blind spots. Everything in one place isn't tidiness — it's the precondition for work that runs itself.

Speed

Speed is a form of respect.

Every interaction under 100 milliseconds, measured, tested nightly. A tool that makes people wait is charging them a tax on every thought.

Honesty

Honesty over hype.

20× is our bet, not our claim. What we claim, we measure — on the page, in your browser. What we haven't earned yet, we say plainly.

Customer zero

We ran on it before you could buy it.

Everything on this site is how Fludigo actually works. Our deals live in rubl's CRM. Our decisions become tasks from our docs and chat. Our week assembles itself on the calendar. When we want to know what's blocking something, we ask — and get an answer with sources.

That's also why rubl is shaped the way it is. Every feature earned its place by removing a real chase from our own week. We don't have customer logos yet — we have something logos can't fake: the company that couldn't work without it, opening it up.

Chases we deleted from our own week

  • chasing follow-ups by handruns itself
  • status meetings to learn what happenedruns itself
  • re-explaining context to the next personruns itself
  • copying one fact between five toolsruns itself
